Exploration of natural resources from the Lake Ranu Grati was carried out on Lempuk fish (Gobiepterus sp). This study aimed to investigate nutritional value sp.) consisting proximate content, amino acids, and fatty acids. The sample collected in July 2021. Standard proxymate analysis used for protein, fat, moisture, ash. results showed that had relatively similar content other freshwater seawater fish. is protein (14 %), lipid (7.08 moisture (79.27%), dry base ash (10.67%). Glutamic acid high. It a medium-fat Fatty contains large amount unsaturated Hence, it suitable food also reduces human cardiovascular diseases. concludes has good ideal consumption.
